- your joint income cannot be more than £80,000 a year before tax
Applicants who live and work in the Epping Forest district will be prioritised.
However, you will also be considered if you are:
- a member of the armed forces
- a former spouse or civil partner from a member of the armed forces
- a widow/widower of a deceased member of the armed forces (if their death was while in service)
- a veteran who left the armed forces in the last 5 years
