Under the Housing Act 2004 we have a duty to maintain a public register of all Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) licences.

Our public licensed HMO register is an interactive map of all properties in the Epping Forest district with a HMO licence. Download the register in Excel (xls format) from the link in the map.
