ASB case reviews
You can request an anti-social behaviour (ASB) case review if no action has been taken as a result of repeat reporting of ASB incidents, including incidents of hate.

When to use an ASB case review
To request an ASB case review, the following criteria must be met:
- At least 3 separate qualifying complaints of anti-social behaviour or 1 reported incident of a hate crime must have been made within the past 6 months
- The anti-social behaviour was reported within 1 month of the alleged behaviour taking place
- The application to use the ASB case review is made within 6 months of the anti-social behaviour or hate crime being reported
