We do not provide a full repairs service outside of normal working hours.
Where there is a question of safety telephone our emergency service on 01992 564000. The repairs service will deal with all genuine emergency repairs, except gas leaks for which you should telephone the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
Repairs will not be carried out where those repairs are the responsibility of the leaseholder unless a charge is paid.
