Epping Forest District Council (EFDC) is partnering with Hastoe Group to deliver shared ownership at George Celry Place in Stapleford Abbotts.
The development includes 3 shared ownership properties, 2 to 3 bedrooms. Two of the properties have been sold with one, 2 bed property still available.

Are you eligible?
To be eligible to purchase a shared ownership home at George Celry Place, buyers must:
- Live or work in the Epping Forest district
- Have a gross household income of no more than £80,000 per annum
- Be unable to purchase a suitable home on the open market
- Not already own a home or be the process of selling their home before they buy
All applicants will be subject to approval by EFDC, as well as Hastoe Group
Deadline for applications is Thursday 20 March 2025.
