Workshops to celebrate International Women’s Day
In celebration of International Women’s Day, on the 8 March, Rayden Solicitors and Epping Forest District Council are hosting a series of empowering workshops designed to support individuals navigating changes in the lives.

The event will take place on Friday 7 March from 10am to 2pm in the Conference Suite at Epping Forest District Council Civic Offices.
Participants can look forward to engaging sessions on relationship management, returning to work, entrepreneurship, financial independence, and yoga for enhanced physical and mental wellbeing.
This event aims to create a safe, friendly, and supportive environment where anyone facing challenges can seek advice and support.

Free workshops
Following the success of the empowerment event held in November 2024, it is great to partner with Rayden Solicitors again to offer more opportunities for residents to take part in the free workshops.
It is vital that we empower individuals to take charge of their lives and embrace the changes they face.
